**SUPPORT SERVICE OPERATING REGULATIONS**

 

The technical support service is responsible for the following tasks:

 

*   Responding promptly to client tickets within the framework of administration policies;

*   Blocking accounts without prior notice to users in case of violation of service terms;

*   Notifying clients in advance about scheduled technical maintenance on servers.

 

The technical support service is **NOT** responsible for the following tasks:

 

*   Installing and configuring (scripts, game builds, plugins, models, configurations, maps, and any game modifications not included in the standard game server, as well as their add-ons, etc.) and programs, even if the client is unable to configure them independently;

*   Performing operations on behalf of the client that they can carry out themselves using the hosting control panel;

*   Providing technical support to individuals who are not clients of usagameservers.com;

*   Configuring software on the client's personal computer;

*   Providing training on computer operation or other software;

*   Responding to questions that lack meaningful content, contain a large number of syntactic and grammatical errors, or are not directly related to the duties of the technical support service.

 

The technical support service operates from **9:00 AM to 7:00 PM** daily, without weekends or breaks.
