Dayz is a multiplayer survival horror game set in an open world. The actual games take place in the post-Soviet state of Chernorussia, whose inhabitants have been transformed into aggressive zombies as a result of some cataclysm. Originally created as a modification for ArmA 2, the game grew into a separate project and spent a long time in early access on Steam. The gameplay of DayZ is based on a shooter with survival elements, where players must move around a huge map, trying not to die at the hands of zombies or other players who may shoot anyone for the items they need. Players can survive alone or cooperate with other survivors, but at any moment such an alliance can turn into a shootout, especially if you are playing with random people.
