Terms of Technical Department
The responsibilities of the Technical Support Department include resolving the following tasks:
promptly responding to customer tickets in accordance with the administration policy;
blocking accounts without prior notice to users in case of violation of the service provision rules;
notifying customers in advance about scheduled technical maintenance on servers.
The responsibilities of the Technical Support Department DO NOT include resolving the following tasks:
installation and configuration of scripts, game builds, plugins, models, configurations, maps, and any game modifications that are not part of the standard game server, as well as any add-ons to them, even if the customer is unable to configure them independently;
performing operations on behalf of the customer that the customer can perform independently using the hosting control panel;
providing technical support to persons who are not customers of uahost.com.ua;
configuring software on the customer’s personal computer;
providing training on how to use a computer or other software;
answering requests that do not carry meaningful content, contain a large number of grammatical or syntactical errors, or are not directly related to the responsibilities of the Technical Support Department.
The Technical Support Department operates from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week, without days off or breaks.
